Our subscriptions offer you the possibility to reserve a fixed block in our agenda. Depending on your subscription, this can go from twice a week 30 minutes to 2 hours daily.
If it concerns an urgent assignment, we also offer the possibility to use these hours differently.
For example: The Platinum subscription entitles you to 40hours a month in our agenda (2h daily). But you could also spend them differently. If it concerns an urgent task, you could ask us to reserve bigger blocks in our agenda (Such as 5 working days from 8 hours). Please indicate this clearly in advance so that we can organize ourselves so that our other customers do not experience any delay by this.
During this period, our designers work exclusively on your assignments.
This can be anything from creating banners, flyers, editing photos, creating a ready-to-print folder, 2D animations and websites.
If you are not sure whether we can realize your assignment, you can just ask us (we are friendly and completely harmless).
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. If you do not want this because the difference is too big (for example from 8h monthly to 40 monthly), we can charge you for the additional hours on an on-demand basis. The hourly rate of your subscription will be continued.
Communication is the most important factor in working together as well as possible. The better you can describe to us what you want, the better we can realize this for you.
As soon as your task has been entered, it will be forwarded to our designers / developers. They then schedule the task and start it as soon as possible. If it is a quick and simple task, it will be delivered the next working day. If this is a complex task that requires several days of work, you will receive a daily update.

About us
When I was looking for a graphic agency in 2012 that had to perform a few small tasks for me, I was always referred to another agency. No time, no interest in dealing with tasks that are too small. A bit like a contractor who cannot or does not want to make time for minor repairs. Unless you can wait for a long time.
This got on our nerves to such an extent that we decided to follow the Graphic Designer training ourselves. No sooner said than done.
In the meantime, I continued to work in the pharmaceutical industry and soon realized that most companies outsource their graphic work due to time constraints or because they did not have an in-house designer. It was also important for these companies that these tasks were performed quickly and correctly.
I discussed this problem with a few friends (designers and developers) over a dinner and that’s how the concept Designify came about.
Designify is now a team of 5 graphic designers & developers that have joined forces.
We offer affordable subscriptions so that you cannot be faced with surprises. Specifically, a period in the agenda of our designers / developers is blocked that is used to carry out all your assignments. It really doesn’t matter what type of assignment this is.
